Hindustan Prefab Limited (HPL), a Profit Making Organization, urgently requires services of a dynamic & energetic full time Company Secretary-Cum- DGM(Law)/Manager(Law) / Dy.Manager (Law) - on contract basis. Candidate must be Commerce Graduate. L.L.B. & Associate member of ICSI. Must possesses minimum three years experience in Company Secretarial works, Company Law Matters. Upper age Limit 50 years. Salary negotiable.
