Applications on plain paper on are invited for recruitment to the posts of constables in Himachal Pradesh Police Department in the pay scales of Rs. 5910-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- Only such candidates can apply who are registered with any one of the Employment Exchanges in HP and are bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh.
Number of Vacancies: 300 (Likely to be increased)
The applications on the prescribed format will be submitted by the candidates (Male) on or before 31st May 2011 upto 5:00 pm in the office of the Superintendent of Police of the district of HP (including Tribal Districts L & S, Kinnaur and tribal area of the district Chamba) of which he is resident as per record. A processing fee of Rs. 100/- (one Hundred) only shall be charged from each candidate from the general Category and Rs. 25/- only from each candidate belonging to the categories of the SC/ST/OBC dependents of Freedom Fighters / IRDP / Wards of Ex Serviceman in the shape of bank draft or IPOs to be drawn in favour of Managing Director Himachal Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation, Khalini Shimla - 171002
