ADA is an Autonomous Organization under the Department of Defence Research & Development, Ministry of Defence (MOD), Government of India. ADA is entrusted with Design & Development of Air Force and Naval versions of Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) and other programmes. LCA programme is a prestigious National Programme with more than 100 major work centres contributing towards this programme and is in the advanced stage.

ADA requires Scientific Manpower towards Design, Development, Testing & Evaluation of various Systems / Sub-systems and Project Management in the levels of Scientist/Engineer ‘C’ to Scientist/Engineer ‘F’.
